What is Stock Simplifier?
An AI-powered research tool that walks you through a complete stock analysis in about 60 seconds: business model, moat, management, financial health, valuation, and risks. It doesn't hand you a pick. It helps you understand the company well enough to decide for yourself.
Our story
We spent years at the Motley Fool writing thousands of stock analyses and helping millions of readers understand the market. We loved the work. We still have enormous respect for what Tom and David Gardner built.
But we kept seeing the same problem. Investors would follow our recommendations, then panic-sell the moment a stock dropped 20%. They hadn't built their own understanding of why they owned what they owned.
So we studied the patterns of the world's greatest investors: Buffett, Lynch, Terry Smith, David Gardner, Nassim Taleb, and others. We synthesized their approaches into a simple, repeatable workflow. Then we built an AI-powered tool that walks anyone through that framework in about 60 seconds.
"What used to take me 2 to 4 hours now takes 15 to 30 minutes."

What we believe
The stock market is the greatest wealth-creation tool in human history. Everyone deserves access to it.
Anyone can learn to invest in individual stocks. It's not reserved for Wall Street professionals.
Long-term investing is the only sustainable approach. Everything else is speculation with extra steps.
Conviction comes from understanding. If you can't explain why you own a stock, you won't hold it when it matters most.
